Measurement of private and business kilometres in the SATIS system is done in two ways, which can be used together or independently:

Drive mode switch in vehicle cabin
Using the switch in the cabin, the employee declares whether he/she is currently driving for private or work-related purposes. However, it should be borne in mind that this solution is based only on the employee’s declaration.
Work time calendar
Another way is to define the working hours in the calendar system. This solution can specify, independently of the employee, that from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, all routes are driven in the business kilometres mode, for example. Each kilometre driven beyond the designated time interval is treated as a private driving.
