Planning and completion of visits

Module for scheduling, reporting and monitoring of tasks carried out by mobile employees notifies whether the reported activities have been actually done and has the option of precise analysis of:

• time of visit,
• time of travel,
• evaluation whether customers are reached through the optimal route.

 

The SATIS system indicates the place and time of stops other than those resulting from assigned tasks. This information gives the basis for identifying private travels with accuracy up to 100 metres. In practice, this optimises working hours and reduces costs.
